• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
• Oversee project budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet client specifications.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to project teams, ensuring high-quality outcomes.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in telecom construction or a related field.
• Strong understanding of telecom infrastructure, including fiber optic and wireless systems.
• Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with project management tools and software (PMP certification is a plus!).
