Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer to support our client’s enterprise network environment. This role requires a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) and is ideal for a CCNA/CCNP-level engineer who excels in Cisco routing/switching and Palo Alto firewall technologies.

The engineer will be responsible for day-to-day network support, troubleshooting, and maintenance, as well as assisting with project-based activities and network improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily support and maintenance for enterprise-level network infrastructure
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to routers, switches, and firewalls
• Support network monitoring and incident response processes
• Assist with the planning and execution of network upgrades and project tasks
• Document changes, configurations, and procedures following best practices
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors as needed

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in network engineering roles
• Strong knowledge of Cisco routing and switching technologies
• Experience with Palo Alto firewalls in enterprise environments
• CCNA or CCNP certification preferred (or equivalent hands-on experience)
• Ability to work independently and respond to onsite needs as required
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with network automation or monitoring tools
• Exposure to hybrid cloud networking (AWS, Azure, etc.)
